Implemented Training Intervention
Improved course design and delivery of existing training content, enhancing the learning experience via an online training intervention. Fully adopted the enterprise home-grown SCORM compliant LMS by testing the LMS functions and assessing them in light of the subsidiary’s training need.
Evaluated and acquired 3 e-learning software tools for in-house use and marketed awareness of established e-learning libraries and enterprise-wide learning programs.
